Important information regarding Coronavirus (Covid-19)
At Thane we remain committed to staying open and serving our customers, whilst supporting and following all Government guidelines during these challenging times. The safety of our team and valued customers remains our continued focus.
With the impacts of COVID-19, whilst we are currently operating at our normal 5-7 working day delivery window, there may be certain products that could take up-to 14 working days to be delivered (if this is the case it will be noted on the specific product page). If there are any additional delays to your order we will communicate any issues encountered by us or our delivery partners directly with you.
During this time we are not offering our guaranteed ‘Next Day’ or ‘Chosen Day’ delivery services.
We will provide a dispatch update via email and a delivery tracking number will follow from our delivery partner when your order is dispatched so please check your email for updates.
Currently our return services are suspended, but we are extending our returns policies and will accept returns and issue refunds once the movement restrictions are lifted. We will notify you on our website once things are back up and running, we appreciate your patience.

Thane Direct IE accepts orders for delivery within the Republic of Ireland.
All orders are shipped within 28 days. We will usually deliver within 14 days, subject to the items being in stock.
Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed by our warehouse on the next business day.
Your delivery will require a signature.
Please ensure there will be someone at the delivery address provided to accept delivery between the hours of 9.00 to 17.00, Monday to Friday. To assist with the delivery of your order please ensure that you have provided a day time contact telephone number and mobile.
Priority processing is available on some products, for an additional charge. This ensures your order is one of the first to leave our warehouse and will normally be delivered within 5-7 days
In the event that an item is out of stock, as soon as the item becomes available your order will be processed as a priority
